We offer a sample pack here to order first so that you are able to see sizes/coloring before ordering an actual wig.
For orders in the U.S:
Our commitment to you is that you receive your Hustle Wig in perfect condition, and that you love it when you try it on for the first time! But we know that sometimes we might need a second try with this kind of product.
Once you receive your wig, you have 5 days to return it. After the 5-day period, it is final sale.
To return it for a full refund within the 5 days, it must still have its tag on and be unworn in the same condition you received it in. To process a return, scan the Return QR code on the paper in your package or contact us at email@example.com for the link. Send the wigs back to us using the provided shipping label sticker, which will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive the wig, we will determine per our discretion if it is in the exact condition in which we sent it to you. Please give us 7 business days to process the return. It takes a few days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
Wig with no additions added can be returned. Wigs with a grip added can be returned but the cost of the grip cannot be refunded.
If you had us do a custom cut, the Full Hair hat fall, or the Face Framing hair addition, it is final sale. To ensure a happy-ever-after for all, we offer to add the additions to the wig after you are sure you will be keeping it. We will cover the return shipping after you try it on, we will work our magic, and have it sent back to you as fast as we can so you can get your hustle on.

Fill out the Exchange QR code on the paper in your package or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the link. Send the wigs back to us using the provided shipping label sticker, and we will get started on your new order. We cannot ship out new orders until we receive back the first order.
