We're thrilled to hear that you've found a wig! Pack up the other wig and begin your return here Ship it back to us in the same packaging with the provided return label. Return/Handling fees will apply as per our usual policies.

From there, the authorization on your account will be released within a few business days (bank processing time), and you’ll only be charged our shipping and handling fees.
