U.S. SHIPPING:

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100. Please allow 1-3 weeks for order processing and shipping. For timely delivery, we recommend ordering in advance, especially if you have upcoming travel plans. Within the U.S, shipping typically takes 3-10 days from the date of shipment. We regretfully cannot take responsibility for delays caused by shipping couriers. Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. There's no need to reach out to us for updates as you can easily monitor your order's progress with the provided tracking information. If you didn’t receive an email with your tracking information that means the order wasn’t shipped out yet.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the carrier will take the package to a designated pick-up location for your convenience. To avoid any issues, we advise tracking your order using the provided tracking number to see if you missed an attempted delivery. Should you require any further assistance or have questions, don't hesitate to contact us. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We are pleased to offer free international shipping on orders over $100. However, please be aware that all international orders are final sale. It is important to note that any duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our price at checkout. From past orders we have seen taxes and duties up to around $200 that the customer needs to pay when the product reaches customs. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. These charges are the reasonability of the customer and not in our control. We regretfully cannot take responsibility for delays caused by shipping couriers or customs. International shipping may take approximately 15-30 days from the date of shipment. Kindly research your country's customs and duties fees before making a purchase to be aware of any additional costs.
