At The Hustle Wig, your satisfaction is our priority. If the color, size, or texture of the wig isn't right for you, you can exchange it within a 10-day eligibility period. Day one starts from when your package is delivered. To qualify, the wig must be in pristine, unworn condition with the original tag intact. After the 10-day period the wig becomes final sale. Great news! Your first exchange is on us, and there won't be any additional charges. However, for any subsequent exchanges, there will be a calculated shipping fee each way. Hats and Accessories: Our hats and accessories adhere to the same exchange policy as our wigs.

RETURNS:

At The Hustle Wig, your satisfaction matters most. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 10 days of receiving the wig. Day one starts from when the wig is delivered. To be eligible, the wig must have its original tag and be in unworn, perfect condition. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned wig. A $15 per wig return handling fee will be deducted from your refund on returns of 2+ wigs. Please note that customized wigs are not eligible for return or exchange. After the 10-day period, all sales become final. We're here to help, so feel free to contact us for any questions or assistance.

Hats and Accessories: Our hats and accessories follow the same return policy as our wigs. However, there is only a return shipping fee. No handling fee.

You may send back your item for full store credit. You will receive a gift card to your email with your credit amount.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please note that all international orders are final sale. To ensure a satisfying purchase, we recommend ordering a sample pack first. This will allow you to try different sizes and see the available colors before placing an order for a wig. Additionally, we offer virtual consultations to guide you in finding the perfect wig that suits your preferences. Feel free to contact us for assistance, we are here to assist you throughout the process.

CUSTOMIZATIONS:

Please note that all customizations make the wig final sale and ineligible for return Ie: Cut, wig cap alteration, weft change, adding additional wefting, ear tabs removal, etc.

Any wig on our website is not considered custom and is eligible for return and exchange.

To ensure a satisfying purchase, you have the option to order the wig without the customizations first and then ship it back to us for the customizations to be added. We cover the shipping for your first exchange. For any additional exchanges, there is a shipping fee each way.
